I am an elderly artist, however I began to sketch and paint since I was 4 years old. I developed a passion for the arts despite my career in the business environment, and never ceased to learn and improve, with the help of numerous accomplished artists including my father.
I have completed over 500 paintings since the pandemic, (mostly acrylics on canvas), some of my paintings may reflect political or social context as my educational background was in Political Science, (B.A. (Hons.)
My paintings mostly reflect peace, care and harmony, as that's my goal. I painted mountains and seas as I have spent much time in the hills and the ever-changing seascape. Portraits and human activities are important aspects of living. I have also travelled to many places to appreciate the world we live in.
To reflect upon and to find the essence of human life, is an important aspect of art.
