I am a grade 11 DNA art student at Laura Secord High School! I typically work in digital media but have been exploring and challenging my skills in more traditional media during my time at Secord. Although my favorite pieces to make will always be character design!

I started drawing young but never truly got into it until I started to struggle with my mental health. I've found it is a great way to channel feelings that are too large to put into words. Art has been an amazing escape for me over the years and I've met some of my favourite people through my pieces. I've always liked to try and create an uncanny and odd feeling with my art. I like to make pieces that may capture normal subjects but give a feeling that something is off.

After high school, I plan to study Game design and hopefully use my skills in art and programming to become a concept artist for games, films, and more!

I hope that someday the characters I make will comfort people as others have done for me.
