Port Colborne
I began my adult career as a graphic artist, but in 2011 decided to pursue my passion for art by returning to school. In June of 2018, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with Distinction from Brock University. I was granted membership to the Gold-key Society and was awarded two scholarships while at Brock. Since graduating from Brock, I have taken and taught several workshops as I believe my abilities as an artist are intrinsically enhanced by creating with others. I like to take part in plein air competitions (such as the Elora Festival of the Arts and Brant Colours).I have been juried into several shows and have been featured in both solo and small-group exhibitions throughout southern Ontario and British Columbia. My graphic design work is featured on a canoe called “Sailing thru History” that is permanently mounted in front of the Welland Museum. My work can be found in private collections in Canada, England and Germany.
