On the Sunny Side

Yellow Rudbeckia or Black eyed Susans, as they’re commonly called, are basically the flower version of “happy”. They are tough as nails in the garden and never disappoint with their show. They do prefer to live “On the Sunny Side” of the garden. This is a mixed media piece consisting of acrylic painting combined with collage using hand painted papers. It’s mounted on a deep cradled board with painted sides. Framing is entirely optional and it’s ready to hang.
