“The process for the art I create is from soul to hand. My approach in creating a painting is very intuitive. Layering paint, sometimes introducing collage materials and applying textures, are all elements that reveal my artistic interpretation and individuality. As an artist, my goal is to create a feeling in a painting that reflects a mood, emotions and/or creative energy and finally, to rely on the viewer to complete the visual interpretation."
Cathy's work is collected by patrons throughout Ontario, Atlanta, Minneapolis, North Carolina, Western New York and in the U.K.
