Golden Calm

Sometimes a scene resonates in one’s mind and will not leave. This was the case with this landscape. I saw it at the beginning of the sunset and even though it wasn’t summer, it seemed to match the surround Autumn warm colours and golds. It was light the sky and water wanted to show off their colours of autumn a well. I took a photo of it and created it on canvas and it always gives me a warm feeling in a gentle calming way. It is presented in acrylic on gallery canvas.
