Located at 38 rue Saint-Louis in Old Quebec City, this structure has a rich history.
Constructed in 1848, it has served as home to a tailor and a lawyer. In 1855, it housed the offices of the government of United Canada. The structure later became a boarding house. In 1881, the Spanish consul resided in the house – by then known as the "Frontenac House". It is currently home to Restaurant au Parmesan.
It is matted and framed and READY TO HANG.
