Red Moon

On a somewhat clear night in the winter, the moon rose above the earth. As it did so, it became reddish in colour. When some thin clouds moved in, the image was spectacular and gave the sky an entire new perspective. I interpreted this visual experience and painted the image with lots of texture, different values of colour and created the image in a striking reflection of my view. This painting is painted on gallery-width canvas, ready to hang.
