Heather Brown is a lifelong resident of Welland, Ontario, whose passion for art has been a constant throughout her life.

In 2017, she began to focus seriously on watercolour painting, discovering both the challenge and the deep satisfaction of bringing her artistic vision to life through this expressive medium.

Her artistic journey has opened new avenues for creative growth and meaningful connections with fellow artists and art enthusiasts. Heather currently serves on the Executive Board of the Visual Artists of Welland, where she is actively involved in supporting and promoting the local arts community.

As her practice has evolved, she has gained confidence in presenting her work in a variety of public venues. Her exhibitions include: Niagara Falls Art Gallery, Visual Artists of Welland Galley, O’s on the Water (Port Colborne) and Wall of Art, Welland City Hall.

Heather believes that art is a lifelong learning process, and she proudly considers herself a forever student.
