Uncovered

The painting was from my school art assignment. I placed a bright red apple against deep green clover to make it stand out, using raindrops to keep the mood fresh and bright. By showing a bite taken out of the fruit, I’m revealing the solid crystals inside, a reminder that what’s on the inside can be more valuable than it looks on the outside.
