Pacheedaht

Along the southwest shores of Vancouver Island near Port Renfrew, is the Pacheedaht First Nation. “People of the Seafoam” are the Nuu-chah-nulth people. Breathtaking ocean vistas come with an abundance of wildlife, fresh air and clean water, surrounded by beautiful forests. This painting depicts the view from Pacheedaht Campground, where I stayed to camp and paint for four days in October 2025.
