The Facts:

Pelham Art Festival (PAF) is a not-for-profit organization that has served as a vital link between
the visual arts and the local community for 38 years. Our annual In-person Festivals welcome
visitors from the Niagara and Southern Ontario to over 90 exhibiting juried fine art artists. The
PAF online festival, which was created in 2020, has seen increased popularity and continued
growth, as our audience expands exponentially.

The Figures:

In 2024 the PAF In-Person Festival welcomed over 2,000 visitors, and our 2023 Online Festival
had 62,800 views.

Artists and sponsors benefit from our comprehensive multi-platform marketing and promotions
campaign that resulted in over one million media impressions in 2024.

Our Facebook and Instagram ad campaign reached over 101,000 people in 2024. Additional
opportunities for spotlighting continue to expand through our social media channels on
Facebook and Instagram with an engaged audience.

The In-Person 38th Annual Festival:
The 38th annual Pelham Art Festival will take place May 9-11 at the Meridian Community
Centre in Fonthill. Festival-goers enjoy stunning artwork from juried fine art artists, live music,
catered food and family activities that keep art lovers coming back knowing that their
participation helps the community.

The Online Festival:
Pelham Art Festival Online will run from May 1 to May 31, 2025. In 2024 we welcomed 7,400
unique visitors to our site during the Festival. From June 1, 2025 - April 21, 2026, artist galleries
may remain on the PAF website should artists choose to have representation with PAF and
visitors can make artwork purchases by contacting artists directly. This offers sponsors
additional online exposure after the festival and throughout the year.

Our Sponsors:
Our sponsors can expect extensive social media, newspaper and radio advertising promotion
with your logo and link appearing prominently on our website. Both our e-commerce website
and social media presence continue year-round as well.

Sponsoring Pelham Art Festivals offers you the anticipation of nurturing artists' careers and
enriches the lives of all who attend. Sponsors assist with Festival expense coverage and annual
fundraising donations for the Pelham Library System and Pelham scholarships. A Pelham
graduate pursuing fine art studies in post-secondary education from each of E.L. Crossley
Secondary School and Notre Dame College School scholarships is fiscally supported annually.
Pelham Art Festivals also support various community arts projects throughout the year.

Sponsors benefit from our valuable and targeted marketing campaigns and activation
opportunities by partnering with Pelham Art Festivals at a level of their choice.
Pelham and the surrounding communities are enriched by the presence of the Festival,
developing awareness of our creativity, and our cultural diversity drawing thousands of visitors
to Niagara. Volunteers organize the annual event. Artists donate 15% of their total sales to
Festival fundraising efforts.
