This series of 2D oil paint stick pieces speaks of finding order in the randomness of life. Like life each of these images starts at a certain point or event and continues in a seemingly haphazard line. From the line I coax an image from my unconscious onto the canvas much the way we visualize and then weave the threads of our taily experiences into our life tapestry. I am influenced by Marc Chagall and Carl Jung. I've shown my work at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair; the Jackalope Gallery, Toronto; the TAG Gallery, St. Catharines; the Pelham Art Festival and Art at the Pumphouse, NOTL. I received Honourable Mention in the 2024 Online International Spiritual Art Awards in the 3D category and one of my pieces was selected to be displayed in the 'Ethereal Forms" show at the 2025 Toronto Outdoor Art Fair I have a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Waterloo.
