Workin on a Groovy Thing (Flower Power)

From the classic 60s song by The Fifth Dimension. Part of my Rustic Chrome Series (Flower Power) of paintings. A cool 1960s hot rod with popular flames of the day. I like to contrast the clean, slick, tough look of hot rod industrial design with the soft organic feel of flowers to create a “groovy thing”. Finished with a satin varnish. Unframed but ready to hang.
