Sweet Cherry Wine (Flower Power)

From the classic 60s song by Tommy James. Part of my Rustic Chrome Series (Flower Power) of paintings. A 1960s cherry wine coloured hot rod with a very cool chrome engine. I like to contrast the clean, slick, tough look of hot rod industrial design with the soft organic feel of flowers to create a “flower power” vibe. Finished with a satin varnish. Unframed but ready to hang.
