14 The paddler's paradise

A Paddler's Paradise depicts the Canadian outdoors as a paddler's dream. Pink Canadian Shield rock fills the foreground, with water lilies drifting across a calm, reflective bay. Windswept pines line the far shore beneath a bright summer sky. And tucked into the corner, a well-used but heavily loved kayak rests on the rocks, ready for the next adventure.
To capture this world in oil paint is both an honour and a privilege.
