One Rainy Day

This artwork changed significantly throughout its development, and turned out quite different from the original conception. When I began crafting this portrait in 2022, it was meant to be a bright splash of colour against a raw and unfinished wood background. As the work progressed throughout 2023, it took on darker and moodier undertones as it neared completion. The work was titled after a song, which perfectly reflected the feeling on the day it was completed. (Ready to hang with metal cleats)
